Watching the river as it flows so fluidly I realise that I am stuck

Caught in between happiness and despair with very little luck

The only thing to do is wish, wish that my smile shall return

Although if being honest I feel I am more likely to yearn

Hidden messages fill my mind, I just can’t find that sign

The sign that will lead me back to my path, the path where stars align

This feeling is awful, like having to wait for traffic to pass

Shortly I guess I will get to see that green, green grass
